GPHF Enters Education area - MoU signing with Mr V.H. Kagde, Minister of Primary Education, State of Karnataka, India

Sri Govindji, Chairman, GPHF & the Government of Karnataka signed a historic MoU ON 24th December, 2009 at the Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore. extending its flood releif activities in Karnataka, GPHF is now entering crucial area of Primary Education. GPHF will take over & complete in construction of 16 school buildings damaged in the floods that devastated parts of North Karnataka in October 2009. has also acceptede the request of the Governemnt, GPHF to provide the furniture, equipments & other fittings in all the other flood affected schools of North Karnataka.

Sri Visveswar Hegde, the Minister for Primary, Secondary Education, Several other senior officers of the Education departments, Secretaries of the Various departments, representatives of the Knowledges Mission attended the MoU signing ceremony.

Mr Govindji, addressing the guests also assured the Government of a very fast, speedy approach to the work alloted under the MoU.
