Bhumi Puja at Harapanahalli,Karnataka, India

In a glittering ceremony held at Harapanahalli, on the 25th December, the Bhumi puja (ground breaking ceremony) for construction of 540 houses was performed.

The ceremony was attended by several dignitaries & VIPs. Prominent among them were. Sri Karunakar Reddy, Minister for Revenue, Sri S.A Ravindrinath, Minister for Agriculture, several MLA, MPs.

The ceremony granted with a series of yajnas, chanting of hymns, fire sacrifices.

Speaking on the occassion, Sri Karunakar Reddy, Minister for revenue welcomed the initiatives taken up by GPHF in Karnataka & in other parts of India. Sri S.A Ravindranath, Agriculture Minister also appreciated the selfless, large hearted sacrifice of the chairman of GPHF.

Mr Amarnaraya, Deputy Commissioner of Davanagare District, assured GPHF of complete support & cooperation from the Governemnt.
